You'll love our cozy farmhouse FEEL home located on a private road near a farm complete with dedicated office space, full kitchen, and laundry. Perfect for government, corporate, and medical lodging (military, business, and medical travelers). Secluded with plenty of space and only a short drive to shopping and restaurants, 8 miles to major highways, and 12 miles to Fort Bragg. We respect our guests' privacy and are available to you via text or phone. We provide reservations from 2-180 days.
The space
There is an office located to the right as you enter the home. It has a nice size desk and chair. There is a full kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is also a laundry room equiped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board (last room on the left down the hall). The back yard has chairs for sitting and relaxing. The mattresses and pillows are covered with hypoallergenic material and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home except locked closets used for cleaning and maintenance.
Other things to note
- Reservations 28 days and beyond will require signing our standard NC 410-t rental agreement within 24 hours of receipt. We will email the agreement to you once you provide requested info. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if our lease agreement is not signed. Guest staying beyond 28 days are required to pay a biweekly cleaning fee starting 2 weeks from day 28 of stay (the home will be cleaned on day 28 and biweekly after).
